    A four-semester professional development program focusing on classroom teaching and the scholarship of teaching and learning.
  • Faculty Interest Groups
    Interdisciplinary groups of faculty and staff members coming together to explore a common research, creative, or teaching interest.
  • Gateway Initiative
    Dozens of faculty across the college have piloted new teaching strategies to help students learn and succeed in courses they need to pass in order to take further courses in the subject.
  • Open/Alternative Textbook Program
    A program for faculty who are interested in replacing commercial textbooks with with freely-available, no-cost open educational resources (OER) or with OER they create. A collaboration between CETLS and the BMCC Library.
