Quantitative literacy (QL) is the skill of using simple mathematical thinking to make sense of numerical information, and interpret data in both academic situations and everyday life. BMCC offers an exciting opportunity for faculty from any discipline to modify an existing syllabus to make it QL-intensive, and then pilot the course in the following semester. Faculty participants from previous years will provide information and insight to prospective participants for the Spring 2018/Fall 2018 cohort.
